An Owls Partnership with a Seagull
Page
of 44
When a Seagull went into business with an Owl, the owl had to borrow money from others. The Seagull, of course, had a bejewelled necklace with him, which it invested in the partnership business in some distant land.
But the ship on its journey collided with an iceberg and sank. Only those two travellers, capable of flying, were somehow able to save their lives, but they had lost all their capital.
Ever since the Owl comes out only at night to avoid meeting its creditors and the Seagull flies high over the rocks in the hope that the sea will one day return the bejewelled necklace to it.
Moral : Fears and hopes rule the life.
