Centipede is a multi-legged very fast moving insecticide. Its legs can be anywhere between twenty to above three hundred and interestingly it always has an odd number of pairs of legs. There are 8000 species of centipedes exist on the earth. They are found in a wide range of habitats and most of them require moist environment. Centipedes are commonly found in moist soil, under rocks and logs and in dark places. Centipedes have a long lifespan of around six years and are harmful for humans.
