Zhores Alferov coloring page
Zhores Alferov (born 15 March, 1930) was a physicist, academician and a known inventor of heterotransistor. He was also a Nobel prize winner in the year 2000 for Physics. His inventions contributed to the creation of heterostructure of physics devices and electronics circuits. He was the most influential member as well in the Russian Federation. His contribution is significant as an inventor in heterotransistor. Since 1962, he was working as a physician in semiconductor devices and their heterostructures. He contributed by his working on the technology of semiconductor by the investigations of injection properties on semiconductors like lasers and various solar LEDs. His concept was highly messianic and always supported other scientists on contributing to the heterostructure field. He worked for the future prospect of Physics in the solid state that effected the future sense of the society as well. He was also involved in the political activity and elected as minister to the Russian Parliament. He had become deputy in the Parliament in 1995.
